Terms of Service — ProjectOffice

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProjectOffice Training ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ProjectOffice Training is an online education platform offering project management courses and certification exams based on the Project Canvas framework by Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez. The Platform is operated by ProjectOffice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Course Enrollment & Access

Course access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
Access may be renewed by repurchasing the course.
Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, redistribute, record, or resell course materials.

5. Certification Exams

Certification exams are a separate product, purchased independently of course enrollment.
Each exam purchase includes 2 attempts. Additional attempts may be purchased separately.
Exams are timed. Do not exit or switch tabs during an exam.
Certification certificates are valid indefinitely once issued.
Any form of cheating will result in disqualification and potential account termination.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie.
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Exam purchases and extra exam attempts are non-refundable once an attempt has been started.
Scholarship enrollments are non-refundable.

7. Scholarships

Scholarship codes grant free access to courses and/or exams.
Scholarships are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the intended recipient.
ProjectOffice reserves the right to revoke scholarships obtained fraudulently.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, trademarks, and software are the property of ProjectOffice or its licensors. The Project Canvas framework is attributed to Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's servers or networks.
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProjectOffice Training is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ProjectOffice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to courses will be revoked. Certificates already issued remain valid.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
