The system stores only project metadata. Only links to files and deliverables are stored — actual files remain on your own storage infrastructure.

Yes, our Freemium plan is free for freelancers and students — it includes RAID management, plan management, 1 project, 1 user, a custom subdomain, and Kanban boards. No credit card required.

OMDT (Objectives, Milestones, Deliverables, Tasks) is the ProjectOffice planning standard. ProjectOffice Cloud is the only platform where OMDT is a native structural element — a task update automatically propagates upward through deliverables to milestones and is reflected in objective-level reporting.

Training & Certification

We offer four courses: three progressive Project Canvas certification levels — Practitioner Basics, Professional Basics, and Expert Basics — based on the framework by Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, plus the standalone OMDT Planning Standard course based on the ProjectOffice planning methodology.

The OMDT course teaches the structured, layered planning methodology developed by Antoine G.A. Adams at ProjectOffice. It covers the four planning layers (Objectives, Milestones, Deliverables, Tasks), workshop facilitation, OMDT reporting, and organisational implementation. The OMDT ebook is available as a free download.

The OMDT course and Practitioner Basics have no prerequisites — anyone can enroll. Professional Basics requires Practitioner completion, and Expert Basics requires Professional completion.

No, certification exams are a separate optional purchase. They unlock only after 100% course completion. You receive a completion certificate just for finishing the course — the exam earns you a certification certificate.

12 months from the date of enrollment. You retain full access to all lessons even after completing the course.

Yes, each course has free preview lessons available without enrollment. You can browse the full curriculum and access introductory content before purchasing.

Account & Login

You can register with your email address, or sign in instantly with your Google or Microsoft account. Social login creates your account automatically.

Your accounts are automatically linked. You can sign in with either method and access the same courses, progress, and certificates.
